Your site MUST be a family friendly site. If you are found to have anything on your site that my 11yo can’t view, you will be given ONE warning to remove it.
If you do not remove it, your site WILL be terminated.
No Warez, Cracks, Music Download sites, Pornographic, or any other illegal/18+ sites will be accepted here. There are plenty of hosts around that will
host you..but I am NOT one of them.
A link back to my site, although not a requirement, would be very much appreciated. You can find linking logos on the Logos page.
At no time can you use your site/email for spamming people. Anyone found to be doing this will have their account terminated.
You MUST credit any graphics, or anything else on your site that doesn’t belong to you, to the original owner. Graphics that are copyrighted are not to be used
on your site unless you have permission from the owner to use them.
You can not RESELL any space to anyone else. You MAY gift other people a subdomain off your account, but if you are found to be charging for that subdomain, a warning
will be given. If you continue to charge, your account will be terminated without notice.
Your site must remain paid in advance at all times. Please see the Extra Fees page for charges for late payment etc.
Any personal information you give me will NOT be used for anything but your hosting. If/when the time comes that you choose to go elsewhere, all personal information that I have WILL be deleted from my records.
If you purchase a domain through me, domain registration fees MUST be paid before I will buy your domain for you. Your domain will be registered in YOUR name and belongs to you whether you choose to remain with me or not.
There will be NO refunds of any money paid to me for your hosting and/or domain purchase. I offer a 7 day money back guarantee with your hosting if you are not happy with it, but after that, any money paid to me by you, is non-refundable. Domain purchase is NOT refundable at any time. Once I have purchased it for you, it is yours, even if you change your mind. Please take this into account before giving me your domain name choice, and make sure that you are sure that is the name you want.
If for some reason, there is an unexpected problem with the server, please do NOT send me nasty emails as it IS beyond my control, but I WILL keep in contact with you in regards to what is happening and let you know any information as I receive it.
